Job Overview
Develop regional account/site strategies to support and enhance the global ISE strategy execution while maximizing regional site performance.
Understand the key market dynamics for the regional accounts to support forecasting and risk management while developing strategies to maintain & growth the regional accounts, in collaboration with the respective CFT leaders/teams.
Responsible for providing cross-functional leadership to develop and execute regional account strategies for profitable growth.
Develops and collaboratively owns the customer relationship with the CFT lead and/or site GM, including at an executive level; monitoring of customer satisfaction across all business elements
Support development, negotiation and enforcement of customer contracts.
Directly engages with sales and business... development to create and present insight-led customer proposals; performs market analysis and develops specific customer value propositions, including unsolicited approaches.
Works with the ISE Sales Leaders and team to identify funnel opportunities and growth strategies
Accountable for the regional financial P&L and balance sheet performance.
Supports three-year strategy and planning for regional markets and customers
Skills & Competencies
Solid communication, interpersonal, relationship management and business development skills
Strong account planning and execution skills
Thorough knowledge of operations, including manufacturing processes, schedules and scheduling requirements, supply chain, product development project management, logistics and product delivery methods.
Working knowledge of product pricing, contracts and contract negotiations
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve results
Ability to effectively manage multiple, detailed and complex projects
Ability to understand Profit and Loss modeling and sales impacts to improve financial performance
Experience working and communicating with mid or senior level executives.
Experience working with vast remote cross-functional teams in large matrixed organizations
Education and Experience
Associates degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years experience or Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years
