Degree / Diploma is Computer Science or Information Technology.
5 years or more experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
5 years or more experience in IT Operations.
2 years or more hands on experience with TrackWise eQMS, workflows, its configuration (group categories, user roles, admin queries/triggers, dynamic queries, states, activities, data fields, config forms etc), Import Utilities, Migrator and Coordinator.
3 years or more experience in supporting validated, 21 CFR Part 11 compliant computer systems.
3 years or more experience managing technology suppliers and vendors, with focus on performance of Hardware, Software and Software as a Service providers
Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, advanced SQL skills, Oracle database structures, application server platforms and operating systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact well with... a various business units.
Good organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities.
Demonstrate strong understanding of data integrity, quality, and change management processes in a GxP regulated environment.
Understands the full stack of technology offerings applicable to the business when designing solutions
Experience identifying opportunities to optimize vendor execution and relationships in support of organizational goals
Ensure solution delivery meets business needs and expectations through business requirement gathering.
Work with solutions architect and system owner to develop technical requirements and corresponding solutions.
Be accountable for the project throughout entire lifecycle; depending on scale and complexity may need input or guidance on critical decisions.
Be proactive in identifying solutions or opportunities that can help improve Business processes.
Be point of contact for business focused application questions and be able to identify and leverage internal and external resources across IT organization
Lead the production support for TrackWise application including, but not limited to go-live coordination/planning, routine infrastructural maintenance outages, break fixes and complex enhancements.
Prepare test (technical) cases/scripts, their execution and coordination with IT Quality group for reviews and approvals.
