Sales Representative for Medical Devices Podgorica Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with the successful company focused on representing innovative international pharmaceutical companies and medical devices manufacturers in the areas of regulatory services, market access, medical science, pharmaceutical marketing, sales and distribution in order to support their expansion in Montenegro.
Key responsibilities Managing administration, including call preparation, database maintenance, activity report writing, expense reporting, making of forecast according to contractual obligations Contacting potential customers at hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, rehab facilities to sell medical products and equipment Promoting and installing of medical/endoscopic equipment at the customers facilities (hospitals and private medical institutions), nurturing relations with medical staff Supporting sales activities in the placement of medical devices and adjustment of medical equipment according to the user's needs Building and... strengthening business relationships with customers Defining an appropriate pricing policy Setting clear goals for increasing market share and profit Planning and designing marketing and promotional activities Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products Discovering new market opportunities and potentials, setting up a sales strategy Brand promotion and participating in preparation of marketing materials Receiving and processing received orders Organizing local congresses and symposia, developing product knowledge by attending conferences and seminars
The successful applicant: University degree in technical, medical or economy fields preferable Valid driving licence B category Fluent in English PC literacy, strong knowledge of MS Office Strong interest in technology and medicine Mastering business etiquette and communication Understanding of the technique, and / or knowledge of the medical equipment industry Pleasant and orderly personality, a lot of energy and excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, responsibility, independence and self-initiative Ability to work in a medical environment (hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, rehab facilities). Desirable work experience in the field of sales
