Job Description

The Executive Education Center is looking for local candidates to the following permanent position:

Job Title: Program and Project Manager

Department: Bang College of Business (BCB)

Section/Unit: Executive Education Center (EEC)

Position reports to: Associate Dean of BCB for EEC

Job Purpose Summary:
E-marketing and selling of the PDCP seminars, maintain regular PDCP web page update to provide clientele with the interested information to exceed their expectations, and manage projects with international and local organizations

Main duties and responsibilities:
E marketing and selling:
Seminar invitation sample development (English and Russian)
Selling of seminars to the relevant target groups on daily, weekly, monthly basis
Selling of MiniMBA and other Certificate programs.
Advising clients on the regularly scheduled seminars (outlines, schedules, trainer information)
Client e-registration maintenance and coordination

Web page administration:
Update of the PDCP information: monthly seminar schedule, seminar outlines
Develop newsletters to keep customers informed

Client database maintenance:
Update clients’ contact addresses semiannually
Maintain and monitor existing and newly attracted corporate client list to make it available to the requested bodies

Project Management:
International Certification Programs
Administer corporate Leadership Development Program delivery
New Project Development

Training logistics/administration:
Technical/Logistics support to instructors delivering seminars outside Almaty: part-time instructor transportation to/from the airport arrangement, ticket and hotel booking

Key deliverables
Maintaining and bringing the MiniMBA Cohorts in Nur-Sultan (16-20 students/per year)
Maintaining and bringing the MiniMBA Cohorts in Almaty (16-20 students/per year)
Prepare plan for digital visibility of MiniMBA Program
Prepare plan for maintaining the students feedback
Arrange Monthly visits to companies for pitching MiniMBA and other programs.
Maintenance and development of Sales material for MiniMBA and other certificate programs.
To conduct club and alumni activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Master's degree and background in higher education;
Fluency in English, Kazakh and Russian;
Excellent communication skills (oral / written);
Strong interpersonal skills as well as organization, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are required;
Strong personal values including loyalty, integrity, honesty, and leadership for building a strong team in the Centre;
High level of competence with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
At least three years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration;
Work experience in new product development, sales and/or marketing in business;
Good knowledge of academia.
