We are looking for a Field Force Manager to join us. This position will report to the General Manager.
As Field Force Manager, you are... responsible for the coaching and managing team of regional representatives, budget management and achieving targets. You will develop and ensure execution of plans, targets and budgets within the national strategy.
You will be responsible for ensuring KOL management in the district, as well as participating in and contributing effectively to accompanied working, regional meetings, national conferences and other NN events. Field Force Manager collaborates with the other field functions.
As the Field Force Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring registration of customer contacts of your direct reports and register dual visit reports. You will be the person who is able to manage and motivate direct reports in the team of regional representatives, as well as develops team members through Novo Nordisk Way of Coaching.
You have at least BS degree in Medicine and Pharmacy. Minimum 3 years' experience of working as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical industry or minimum 2 year of management experience in the similar market. Knowledge of the current pharmaceutical market situation is preferable.
You have an in-depth understanding of the role of the Field Force Manager in pharmaceutical industry. You can lead a team and work with cross-functional stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills. You are driven, can take initiative, and are agile in actions. Your personality is aligned with our Novo Nordisk Way and you can communicate in both written and spoken English.
