We are looking for a multi-disciplinary team player with experience in designing human-centred, beautiful and inspired solutions and interfaces.
As a designer :
The ideal candidate will be smart and creative, and willing to embrace new concepts and ideas, and to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You are familiar with human-centred design (HCD) tools, methods and research.
You will be a graphic designer, systems thinker and design researcher working alongside thinkers from different backgrounds.
Ability to execute and work in a team.
Bring your craft and a passion for solving complex problems.
You will use your skills to deliver exceptionally designed and easy to use products.
You will work closely with product... managers to ensure designs meet product requirements and with developers to ensure ideas can be brought to life.
You will play a very important role in our product development process.
A self-starter with the ability to learn new tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
You are a systems thinker able to provide valuable insights to the solution creation process
Knowledge of HCD tools and methodologies
Prior design experience working to create contextually relevant solutions. Demonstrate ability to work in a professional service environment
A passion for using visual design skills to produce high-quality solutions.
Demonstrated fluency in design tools like InDesign, XD, Sketch and Adobe Creative suite.
Demonstrated intuitive and engaging UI design with simple clean style and a pixel-level attention to detail via a portfolio
Experience building end to end prototypes both in low/high fidelity prototypes using tools like InVision, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc
Demonstrated fluency with English speaking and writing skills is required
Responsibilities
Create an intuitive user experience
Design and prototype new features and ideas for current and next-generation products
Work closely with product managers to ensure designs meet product requirements and with developers to ensure ideas can be brought to life
Contribute to all stages of the design process from brainstorming, research, create wireframes, mockups, user flows, interactive prototypes and refine user experiences
Communicate design goals and specifications to the engineering team
Conceptualize, design and execute modern, complex digital designs and product experiences, including user interfaces and product flows for desktop and mobile applications
Develop and perform usability sessions, conduct user research with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback
Deliver finalized design layouts, with all the assets required for development
Take a systematic approach to create clean, functional and beautiful UI
Build & maintain a design system that outlines style, branding, components, layouts, and best practices
Job Requirements Required education : High, secondary school
