Our Client is a well-established, profitable, and rapidly expanding Design and Manufacturer of high-quality mattresses and linen products. They have an enviable reputation for product design and quality and currently have a dealer network across Kenya. As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for the business. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about company products and services, and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability. Title: Showroom Sales Executive - Furniture Report: MD Location: Nairobi Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience) Key Roles Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales... services) Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Any other lawful and proper task assigned to you from time to time by the management of the company. Expected Standard Provide accurate information on the market Ensure racks are fully stocked Provide customer feedback Manage returns Provide customer feedback Key Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or a relevant field from a credible institution. Accountability - Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results. Initiative - Takes prompt action to accomplish tasks and meet goals and objectives. Quality of work - Pays close attention to detail. Strives to achieve accuracy and consistency in all tasks. Service orientation – Applies effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills when responding to customers.
