Branch Manager Nairobi Job Summary Diploma or degree in supply chain, business management or other related field. Knowledge of retail management best practices (supermarket) is necessary. At least 3 years working experience as a retail branch manager.
Responsibilities Branch manager will be incharge of all branch operations including; staff supervision, financial reporting, staff training and other general operations and administrative matters. He/she will perform the following duties; organizing all store operations and allocating mandated responsibilities to staff. Monitoring stock levels and inventory management. Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or display. Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts and achieves set financial targets that are set by the management for the store. Planning, implementing and controlling the efficient and effective flow of storage of goods between the point of origin and point of consumption to reduce the possibility of... fraud attempts. Regularly carry out physical stock taking and on daily basis check the whole stock and ensure it tallies with the stock cards and computer stock. Ensure all documentation handled by store are posted and updated according to procedures.
