Operarions Manager reportingDirect to Managing Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Delivery
· Embedthe company and brand vision across operational area.
· Drivefirst class hospitality service standards across the area ensuring fulldelivery of area business plan supporting overall business strategy.
· Undertakeand report on area... trends and ensure that all key event launch initiatives arefully embedded within area.
· Tomonitor and manage performance objectives that both stretch and challengedirect reports, maximising commercial potential.
Commercial
· Maximisethe commercial potential of the area through the delivery of best practices.
· Successfully manage area P&L and turnover ensuringfull delivery of the bottom line.
· Communicateto Store Management and Store Teams on business performance (KPIs), newinitiatives and commercial development opportunities.
· Deliverconsistent exceptional audit results building an audit ready culture.
Leadership
· Provideinspirational leadership to all teams, drive recognition programs, celebratesuccess and personal development.
· Developand maintain effective working relationships across stakeholder group alignedto companys values and principles.
Communication Skills
· Hasa good business acumen with a pragmatic common sense approach.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
· Mustbe fluent in both written and spoken English.
· Previousbranded QSR or Casual Dining experience in Kenya is a must, minimum of 5 years.
· Degreein Business Management or Hospitality Management would be an advantage.
· Aminimum of 15 years Hospitality experience, with 5 years Multi-site operationalexperience.
P&Lmanagement and accountability a must
