Our client a Franchise superior restaurants seeks to urgently hire Operarions Manager reporting Direct to Managing Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Delivery
Embed the company and brand vision across operational area.
Drive first class hospitality service standards across the area ensuring full delivery of area business plan supporting overall business strategy.
Undertake and report on area trends and ensure that all key event launch initiatives are fully embedded within area.
To monitor and manage performance objectives that both stretch and challenge direct reports, maximising commercial potential.
Commercial
Maximise the commercial potential of the area through the delivery of best practices.
Successfully manage area P&L and turnover ensuring full delivery of the bottom line.
Communicate to Store Management and Store Teams on business performance (KPIs... new initiatives and commercial development opportunities
Deliver consistent exceptional audit results building an audit ready culture.
Leadership
Provide inspirational leadership to all teams, drive recognition programs, celebrate success and personal development.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships across stakeholder group aligned to companys values and principles.

Has a good business acumen with a pragmatic common sense approach.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Previous branded QSR or Casual Dining experience in Kenya is a must, minimum of 5 years.
Degree in Business Management or Hospitality Management would be an advantage.
A minimum of 15 years Hospitality experience, with 5 years Multi-site operational experience.
P&L management and accountability a must
