Duties and responsibilities As overall Assurance Policy Owner, ensure the delivery of policy and strategic direction on compliance to assurance within the federation Develop clear Assurance Performance Indicators and work with Heads of Country support to ensure effective governance oversight and responsibility for delivery Develop relevant assuarance tools and ensure effectively delivery of capacity support for assurance compliance at all levels Ensure effective coordination and delivery of assurance obligations across all clusters and focal points Analyse strategic bottlenecks to the delivery of assurance objectives and ensure effective capacity development for compliance Continuously engage with ILT, Heads of Country Support and National Boards to ensure harmony and delivery of assurance obligations Facilitate learning and communication on assurance practices within the federation Periodically undertake... independent and evidence-based assessment of the levels of assurance & program quality across the federation Contribute towards the development of accountability metrics, mechanisms and tools, and tracking of redress mechanisms and corrective action for identified gaps in a timely manner.
Education, Language and Qualifications A recognised Finance or Business degree Experience in an audit function, fraud investigations, and set up systems and processes to improve risk management and assurance will be essential.
