One needs to have a very commercial mind. Experience: At least 3 years working experience as an Administrative Assistant (Office Manager) in a busy trading or consultancy company. Duties/Responsibilities: The Position is answerable to the Company Director or Directors and will be responsible for the following responsibilities:- Be the Personal Assistant to the Director and be in charge of Directors diary and management calendar Be in charge of all office administrative... roles e.g. making travel & logistics arrangement for the Directors and other Senior Management Staff, handling of telephone and office E-mail enquiries, drafting responses to incoming correspondences. Be in charge of office reception desk Handle all petty cash account Attend to all walk in customers and attend to their enquiries including addressing their complain Arrange necessary office supplies and other information management Issuing of invoices and sales receipts Handling of Company telemarketing activities Taking down and distributing minutes during management meetings Preparation of reports and reconciliation of company business activities Organize and manage local business events Handling Human Resource and Administrative matters Be in charge of office management, repair and maintenance of any office equipment and office cleanliness Be in charge of inventory management hence stock management control Establish and maintain upto date filing system for the offic Reviewing customer feedback and suggesting ways to improve business processes and service level Organize and facilitate monthly meetings Co-ordinate sales activities and dispatch of goods including ensuring sales monies collected are banked on time
