Job Profile
As a sales representative, you will be expected to expand dealer groups and management of dealer groups. In addition participate and assist in the marketing of son link products to consumers both B2b Customers and B2C customers.
Responsibilities
Help develop new dealers within your territory
Follow up payments with the dealer to ensure payment is done in time
Submitting daily sales summary within your region
Submitting daily marketing reports for planning
Prepare and advice customer before going through the... financing process to save them time
Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
Serves existing customers by optimizing current purchase plan Resolves customer complaints and queries
Submits purchase orders from the dealer
Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
Makes recommendations for the customer for the available brands Maintains documentation of customer contact
Job requirement:
At least a Diploma in sales and marketing from a recognized institution. (Kenyatta University, Moi University, Jomo Kenyatta University, Egerton University, University of Nairobi, Makerere University, Maseno University preferred)
Sales experience in the Motorcycles industry, mechanic, electronic, household, consumer products, (2 years preferred)
Age: 20-32 years old
Motivation skills and a positive attitude
Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Customer service and people skills
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to research customers individual or business purchase needs
Able to work under pressure to achieve the set objectives of the company
Willing to travel for business to any part of the country.
