Key Responsibilities: Preparing marketing strategies, policies, procedures, planning and coordinating implementation of the same Develop and expand Companys market share in Kenya and Africa Region Promote the Companys Brands within the Region Acquisition on New Customer Accounts & maintain key relations with Key customer accounts. Manage sales team hence... hitting sales targets Responsible for sales results: volume, pricing, margins and market share Ensures effective management and distribution of companys product Provide market data, observations and trends to drive strategy and offer development. Responsible for channel, product, service and Sales/marketing innovations and business-building programs. Liaise with company to ensure compliance to Industry and Government policy. other teams. Ensure high standards are maintained at customer premises and company operations. Preparing marketing budget and managing the same in line with planned marketing initiatives Management of the Sales team to ensure targets and KPIs are adequately met
Qualifications and Skills: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field Diploma in sales and Marketing is an added advantage. At least 5 years of Sales and Marketing with 2 years in a managerial position Experience in sales leadership and management. Proven track record of sales ability. Product Knowledge: full understanding of basic properties. Key account management and CRM Good problem solving and communication skills.
