JOB SUMMARY
Our client is in the manufacturing industry looking to hire an CS & Logistics Export Officer/E- coordinator.
JOB PURPOSE
Manages the sales order to support order to cash process (MSO delivery).
E-Planner will focus on ensuring optimal PO fulfillment between Customer, Distributor and Our Client. Planner will be responsible for forecasting and managing E-Com inventory between client, DB and Customer; working closely with E-Key Account Manager and E-Commerce champions.
Continuous enhancement of customer experience; identifies gaps and provides workable solutions.

To be the 'face' of our client within the supply chain function ' Primary supply chain contact for the customer
To provide a quality service to external and internal customers, through the departmental procedures, and provide the link for the communication flow between internal stakeholders and external customers.
... Execute logistics services related processes, i.e. storage and transportation of products, as to enable optimal stock availability and delivery to customers to maximize service levels at lowest cost.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management
Complete the order/supply process through SAP in line with departmental procedures.'¨
Service level optimization, ensure accuracy in order capturing
Ensure all orders are processed on time, PFI communication, order release and order processing at hub'¨
Consistent & clear communication with customers- communicate the status of orders to the customer & internal stakeholders
Any other additional task assigned by superior.
Pricing, Claims and Continuous Improvement:
Set up and maintain the customer listings and pricing structure on Excel and SAP
Investigate and resolve all customer queries and implement corrective action to avoid recurrence
Pricing Claims accountability
Ensure accuracy in uploading New prices, follow SD Module BPP's for guidance
Continuous improvement of Customer service processes - Share and identify best practice opportunities across the operational team
Responsible for Customer Master Data maintenance
Ensure Service level optimization
Internal/External Customer support:
Ensure internal collaboration and stakeholder management to ultimately ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
Communicate customer requirements to all internal departments (Hubs ECC) on a monthly basis.
Supply quality and timely information to assigned customers on all matters within the order management process (Delivery
Status, Updates on orders, product expiry report)
Provide operational support for the Business Development Managers.
Provide sales information to internal and external customers Plan Vs Actual Invoicing
Collaborate with K+N Hamburg to ensure outbound delivery is created for all product lines in the sales order.
Make a range of decisions with regards to priorities and appropriate response to customer queries
Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately, liaising with other departments where necessary
Organise monthly collaboration/meetings with customers & sales (BDM's) to align on 3 months rolling orders to be firmed up
and communicated to the Hubs for future orders.
Improve monthly billing process for export markets, WK 1 for billing Ex- Kenya & WK 2 for billing Ex-Hamburg shipments
Confirm details on BL drafts shared by forwarder for all export markets before issuing final bill of lading
Liaise with inspection companies to ensure orders are inspected at Hub before dispatch based on destination requirement
Review of customer order form in line with the assortment strategy per country and implement with customers
Liaise with Transport Team to ensure containers in transit are not delayed at transshipment ports
E-Coordinator Responsibility:
Supply forecasting for monthly availability with the Distributors and customers
Coordinate with Supply Team for monthly forecast of Stock from our client to Distributors
Ensuring supply & PO fulfillment from DB to Customer on time
Liaise with EKAM, ES&CM & Marketing and Demand Planners to validate feasibility of mid to long-term supply plans
Develop solutions to improve existing supply chain setup and business processes, based on statistical analysis, competitive landscape, customer feedback and web analytics
Collaborating with other functional teams to prepare the supply chain for new product launches for E-Com. and product transitions
Participate in the monthly pre-S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning) meeting to align the production & distribution
Assisting EKAM for PO Forecast, Delivery and Payables
Ensure inventory level at warehouse is optimized (BDF/ DB/ Customer)
Ensure planning & availability of VAS / Combo stocks
Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues
Working with ES&CM on Trade Marketing Management
Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs/return
Measure and report forecast accuracy
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science qualification
The successful incumbent should have experience in a Customer Service environment & knowledge of process design and order management systems
SAP knowledge within the SD module
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas and concrete actions
Excellent sales and administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure and highly organized
Excellent interpersonal skills
4+ years of experience within eCommerce and supply chain ' preferably in the Health & Beauty industry
Experience with implementing continuous improvement and innovation into E-Commerce fulfilment processes and systems
Awareness of information systems, such as computer science and software engineering a plus
