Data Analyst Consultant (BB-7E0B1) Nairobi I. Background The International Potato Center (CIP) seeks a qualified data analyst consultant to analyze the marketing efficiency of different seed distribution models using data collected from a field survey of value chain actors including NARIs, NGOs, traders and farmers. II. Objective The objective of the assignment is to analyze data set to understand the performance of the distribution models and develop efficient seed distribution channels and potential business models III. Deliverables Clean and organized data sets (quantitative and qualitative) with meta data meeting CIP Open Access requirements. Create tables and graphs with results from statistical analysis. Literature review on potential business models for efficient seed distribution channels. Report presenting results from literature review and data analysis. Requirements MSc degree in Agri-business or related fields. At least 8 years of experience. Proven experience in Agri economist. Proficient in Data analysis (STATA... data management and report writing. Capacity to work independently. Benefits I. Time frame Consultancy contract will be for 30 days.
