Since our humble beginnings 30 years ago, CSFS has grown to almost 300 employees providing services to 11-member Nations. CSFS is mandated to establish a comprehensive infrastructure for social, health and legal... programs, for the eventual take-over of these services, consistent with the Tribal Council's objective of working towards Indian Self-Government.

In this role, you will get to: Provide advocacy support to First Nations children and their families as well as service providers, navigating culturally appropriate services Communicates the service plan to children and family and appropriate Indigenous community organizations Raises awareness of Jordan's Principle risk factors by performing an outreach function i.e., providing health promotion and education to front line health care and child care workers
What You Will Bring to The Role: Experience with case coordination and/or case management involving Indigenous communities in a culturally safe manner Experience in promoting best practices in Indigenous health Bachelor's Degree in a health or social work profession or related discipline with 3 years of experience
