Incentive Compensation - AfME, APAC, & India Lead ROLE SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for driving Incentive Compensation (IC) service delivery activities within AfME, APAC, and India that allows the business
to drive quality at scale. The Incentive Compensation AfME, APAC, & India Lead role will strategically collaborate with senior business leaders, Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs), and other Regional Leads within Incentive Compensation to operationalize key Incentive Compensation services. This includes defining and applying quotas, bonus recognition and competitions, contests, and awards for AfME, APAC, and India.
The role will not be responsible for service design (e.g. innovation) but will partner closely with the Service Design Owner for Incentive Compensation as well as Bold Move Design Owners as needed to support and enable service improvements for AfME, APAC, and India within this service vertical.
Accountable for leading team of colleagues to deliver Incentive Compensation remit within AfME, APAC... and India meeting and exceeding expectations while enhancing service delivery continuity and quality
Responsible for the below Incentive Compensation activities in AfME, APAC, and India: Quota Definition and Application Bonus Recognition Competitions, Contests, and Awards
Enables Service Design Owner / Bold Moves team to implement service improvements to Incentive Compensation
Collaborates with Incentive Compensation Service Vertical Lead and other Regional Leads across to deliver strategic solutions that advance and optimize the Incentive Compensation under a globally connected, locally-embedded model
Reports to Incentive Compensation Service Vertical Lead of Biopharma Ops
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES Leads Incentive Compensation services in AfME, APAC, and India: Rewards Field Force colleagues by defining and applying quotas, bonus recognition and competitions, contests, and awards Drives and oversees Incentive Compensation processes for AfME, APAC, and India sales representatives Proactively identifies potential Incentive Compensation compliance risks for AfME, APAC, and India and partners with Biopharma Quality to manage these Attracts, develops, retains, and engages a high performing virtual and in market service delivery team: Leads the Incentive Compensation service delivery team by attracting, developing and motivating a team of Creates, maintains and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of priorities across the service delivery team and works collaboratively with the team to allocate team resources appropriately to meet service delivery commitments Manages the high performance of the service delivery team ensuring team members are equipped with the required capabilities to perform their assigned tasks effectively Identifies opportunities for improving Incentive Compensation service delivery within AfME, APAC, and India: Streamlines and scales systems across AfME, APAC, and India and BUs with central support Identifies needs for innovation or operational support Drives coordination across regions Drives alignment to the IC Design and Global Vertical service catalog definition, processes, enhancements and strategies Drives transformation: standardization, optimization and automation towards higher efficiency, better service quality, and faster solution provisioning Ensures the collection and provision of service delivery data and insights to support further service delivery optimization, effectiveness of daily service delivery operations and to provide insight for Biopharma Ops Ensure the usage of Biopharma Ops service delivery tools and platforms. Improves quality, consistency (One Pfizer), and compliance across BUs and AfME, APAC, and India Ensure all service delivery meets agreed in place quality plans in collaboration with CQO and HR Global Compensation to meet compliance policies, guidelines and procedures Partners with Regional Leads in Incentive Compensation group in defining priorities and allocating resources to drive efficient and effective HCP engagement: Possesses a deep understanding of AfME, APAC, and India business landscapes and BU strategies to determine key priorities and their impact on Incentive Compensation activities Proactively engages with Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs) and BU leads to understand and 1) ensure alignment of Biopharma Ops client strategies in AfME, APAC, and India and 2) determines optimal resource allocation and investment that enables efficient and high-quality HCP engagement Manages his/her budget to ensure service delivery commitment and financial expectations are met Will align, contribute to and implement new IC Design capabilities that are part of the Vertical roadmap and strategy
QUALIFICATIONS BA Required; MBA or equivalent Masters-level education preferred 7+ years of commercial experience, preferably in incentive compensation work and / or in AfME, APAC, and India English proficiency preferred Proven multi-year track record of 6 + years of team leadership experience Cross-BU and/or diversity of job experiences Proven track record of delivering business performance Demonstrated history of leading innovation/transformation Drive for optimization/excellence Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences Track record for building strong cultures Strong ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive, functional relationships Demonstrated agility and ability to drive program completion in expedited timelines
