Overview of the role:
Design and deliver Domain andProcesstraining courses using various methods including but not limited to classroom or small group facilitation, individual coaching and self-guided learning. Analyze training effectiveness from trainee feedback, quality reports, feedback etc as applicable. Recommend training programs, job aids and other performance improvement interventions based on assessment results
Position summary: Deliver Client Specific training to new and existing members of staff Coordinate with the onsite and conduct training on a periodical basis Responsible for creation of reference guides, training handouts and training course notes Support implementation of On Job Training & Mentoring for aligned business Organize training venues, logistics, transport as required to achieve effectiveness of delivery Perform hands-on and/or on-floor time as applicable; conduct and/or participate in regular meetings with the... quality teams and project stake holders to understand and execute appropriate need based training interventions Analyze training effectiveness from trainee feedback, quality reports, feedback etc as applicable. Recommend training programs, job aids and other performance improvement interventions based on assessment results Customizes training program to create a competitive and excellent workforce Work collaboratively with operations team,ProcessChampions, Mastertrainersand L&D team to offer performance improvement solutions for employees. Conduct Processknowledge tests/Dip sticks, Refreshers, Cross trainings, compliance trainings and other training improvement initiatives. Support training compliance for the project by providing on-demand compliance reports and training file reviews. Document and maintain required training metrics like attendance, scores, etc. Creates a library of assignments and case studies/business cases Keep training material/SOP up-to-date Stay informed as to relevant skill, qualifications and certifications levels required by associates for effective performance (Such as Domain, Process and Behavioral trainings and certifications) and maintain the required levels of trained/certified associates in the organization.
Hours of work: Willingness to work across shifts including night shifts on a rotational / continuous basis Flexibility to work on demand as per operational requirements
Job qualification: Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline 6-8 years' experience in similar business environment of which minimum 2 years being a subject matter expert and leading process training exercises MS Office 2007 / 2010 certification / qualification (preferable) with adequate knowledge of Adobe suite (advantage) Previous process training / mentoring experience desirable Experience of working in ITES environment
