Working closely with the India Partner Sales... Partner Account Management and Channel Account Management teams are a must so exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing skills are also key requirements for this position. The Salesforce Team is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and innovative.

Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore

Responsibilities
The India Indirect Channel Marketing and Partner Experience Coordinator will be responsible for two facets of our India business: the day-to-day management and execution of the channel marketing strategy and programs within India, in alignment with the APAC Indirect Channel Marketing Manager, and the execution of content campaigns and virtual events for our To-Partner motion in India. The ideal candidate for this role will encourage and drive our Indirect Channel Partners and our Cloud Reseller Partner Program to be valued contributors to the success of the region, along with inspiring all Partner types to Grown, Learn, Innovate and Lead.
• Execute the APAC Indirect Channel Marketing strategy and GTM plans with India Indirect Channel Partners
• Understand the market and business segmentation, and value proposition of each Indirect Channel Partner
• Drive Partner-Led comarketing activities in alignment with the Indirect Channel Partner comarketing plans
• Manage operational tasks includes supplier identification and set up, campaign creation execution, purchase order creation spend processing, regional calendar updates, presentation reporting deck updates, post activity follow up and documentation collection
• Run recruitment and onboarding campaigns in alignment with the Channel Account Managers and Partner Sales Managers in each market, utilising the global campaigns provided
• Assist the APAC Indirect Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute quarterly partner-specific marketing and promotional plans
• Participate in sales and marketing channel partner meetings, stand-ups, and QBRs, as requested
• Execute on MDF, and co-marketing budgets aligning spend to region, product and account goals
• Assist with campaign performance and lead generation reporting, including forecasting campaign performance
• Assist in the planning and execution of virtual experiences (and physical when/if permitted) for our Partners, encouraging them and inspiring them to Grow, Innovate, Learn and Lead
• Assist in the planning and execution of content campaigns across multiple channels, which showcase the value and expertise of our Partners
• Develop Partner Success Stories as an extension of the tools available to the field, and to promote the value that Partners provide to the Sales Cycle and Delivery of success projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, sales and technical teams on sales and marketing growth initiatives.

Required Skills Experience
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2-5 years progressively responsible and relevant experience of strategy, Indirect Channel marketing in a B2B environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing the juggling act that comes with managing multiple clients/partners with many internal/external stakeholders.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms
• Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the one time.
• Must keep composure in deadline-driven, high-stress situations
• A self-starter, with a can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must quickly grasp company messaging and branding
• Experience working across multiple time zones
• You have a learner mindset and aren t afraid to ask questions
• Strong IT skills with a desire to learn new technologies to improve current processes. In-depth experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Google Drive, Quip and Photoshop.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to wear multiple hats with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
• Day-to-day interactions with Channel Account Managers and Partner Sales Managers, answering questions and providing information relating to the Indirect Marketing Strategy, MDF allocations and reporting
• Fluent in English, with a second language a bonus

Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant B2B technology marketing experience, primarily in telecommunication, technology, or software industries.
• Open to travel, as required, once COVID restrictions are eased
• Experience using Salesforce highly desirable
