As a DevOps engineer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring the infrastructure which hosts a myriad of services from multiple cloud providers. You will be responsible for working with product engineering, research, and several other teams to create and maintain an infrastructure that will support billions of users across the globe.
Responsibilities Automate the provisioning, deployment, and operation of testing, staging, and production environments Work closely with the Dev and automation engineer teams in order to collaborate on initiatives and improve efficiency Apply, integrate, and improve open source tools to extend capabilities
Requirements Proven experience of at least 2 years as a DevOps Engineer Experience with Linux administration and maintenance - Preferably Ubuntu Experience in high-availability cloud production environments Expertise in the AWS cloud platform Profound knowledge in scripting languages such as Bash, Python Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery - Preferably Jenkins and its best practices Understanding of application lifecycle and Infrastructure monitoring Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
