Manager Buying & Trading Holon Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
As the FRA Merchandising Manager you will drive the FRA product execution in the country; you will stand as lead for the sell in and in season trading expert for the FRA channel working very close to key stake holders in DTC team, Brand, Scm, finance and FRA partners. You will be the one who loves our products, understand its performance based in quantitative and qualitative facts and will capable to ensure a smooth product execution end to end.
Drive FRA Merchandising Sell in and in season trading processes for Israel in close collaboration with the FRA Sr Manager.
Pre-Season Planning and Buying (Sell in) Give feedback to the DTC / CTC about OTB (Partner ) according consumer needs. Based on the OTB and the assortment plan, build the ranging depth forecast ensuring consistency with the marketing strategy and historical data. Guarantee size breakdowns are created according to market needs and incorporated in the buying... process for FRA. Provide quantitative and quality feedback to FRA partners in close collaboration with Sr manager FRA. Participate in major go-to-market milestones to gain insight to key seasonal brand and BU strategies and initiatives including them in the FRA outlook. Present the buy check for sign-off by DTC & FRA head (prior alignment with FRA partner)
In-Season Planning and Trading Work with FRA partner to define and implement best in class FRA KPI tracking mechanisms focused on optimization of the FRA experience through in season trading best practices. Analyze article performance in Monthly basis and implement in close collaboration with other channels the markdown strategy for DTC/FRA optimizing margin opportunities. Lead seasonal stock analysis ensuring right volumes are available in distribution centers. Provide Monthly merchandising updates on inventory levels to ensure returns ratio are met and plan required by DTC / Finance and SCM
Knowledge Skills And Abilities Understanding of FRA business with commercial mindset, ideally with knowledge of merchandising, financial planning, sales strategies. Experienced in data analysis with strong skills in Microsoft Excel is required. knowledge of other functional areas involved in the Pre-Season and In-season Merchandising planning is preferred. Good understanding of brand building and consumer perspective. Holistic thinker establish and drive end-to-end strategies and initiatives encompassing multiple functions. Strong influencer and natural collaborator Fluent in English
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications Degree in business administration, marketing or related. Experience in e-Commerce or a commercial channel is preferred. 5 Years experience Holon Israel
