Trading and Implementation Specialist Holon Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
The retail expert for financial reporting such as P&L, budget, actual vs. forecast and business planning (BPM) in order to support and promote the achievement of retail targets and retail financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities Retail financial reports analysis; KPIs analysis, NPS analysis Provide commentary based on analysis of variances (Actual Vs Budget/ Prior Year) Generate sales reports (daily, weekly and a broad monthly report)- Company, Hub level Weekly Global deck updates- according to data analysis Build and control the retail personal expanses budget- Petty cash tracking, Approvals Owner of RIS report via M.S system- contact person, communication, planning accordingly Build and control the retail operational budget -OPEX Build and communicate retail business forecasts (NS, SM, etc.) -RFC Contact person to EM retail in matters of reports, Q&A etc. Update Stores status- Opening/ Closing in SSM system and... communicate to EM and Finance Go to person regarding stores updates (opening, closing, targets, etc.)- GROW system Implement Store Concepts in line with concept documentation Ongoing DMs support: Stores operational needs- NPS, REPS, GROW, STOCKHERO etc. Set monthly targets to stores as well as DMs- Monthly Phasing (Split), Salary Simulations Collaborations Tenders- feasibility, viability, profitability. Testing, paperwork, support Ensure implementing of global standard tools, processes and service structure As well as consultation(s) with market specific detail. Support and involvement with the markets Health & Safety policy and procedures Including compliance with legal regulations- COVID 19 Checklist implementation Own the IBP process from the DTC area of responsibility and accountability Ongoing procurement for all stores needs- Vendors sourcing, calculations, bids, tracking. Applying PR (Purchase Requests) via Ariba system to push for goods orders to be placed Owner of the BPM process A to Z Briefs: Competitions, Campaigns, Launces and Activations- Translate, Implement, Follow-up Retail discounts controlling through reports and analysis Implementing global initiatives with accordance to local markets needs (guiding, training) Take responsibility for the Maintenance and Repair function; Coordinating between Service Provider, Store and the Maintenance Specialist
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Analytical and operational; Excellent attention to detail Excellent command of English Advanced MS office skills (Excel is a must) Understanding of retail management and back office systems Structured, process oriented, at the same time approachable and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work individually (self- sufficient) as well as in a team, while under pressure.
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications University degree preferably in Economics >3 years Retail experience Similar capacity Exposure Statistics, Strategic planning, Business analytics Holon Israel
