As a Service Sales Manager, you will ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for Electrification business area, to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for life cycle management, service products and solutions in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing the service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrating installed base and promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value-added solution. Your responsibilities ... Creating, planning and implementing service sales strategy by increasing the installed base (IB) penetration, effectively utilizing ServIS (the approved Service database) and promoting value add service product offerings supporting Life Cycle Management (LCM). Achieving service sales volume by ensuring the team sells entire service portfolio and participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. Ensuring achievement of service sales targets, providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed. Identifying service sales leads by analyzing the IB potential and targeting those new IB opportunities from emerging trends with the Service solutions available. Establishing long term customer relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding the requirements, regulations and exhibiting high expertise in technical solutions and products. Collaborating with Business Units and account teams to position different service offerings by evaluating and sharing relevant information on installed base data, sales leads, customers and competitors solutions and marketing trends with the team. Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels.
Your background Previous experience in electric (High, Medium Low Voltage Product and Systems) and automation industry Understanding of Oil & Gas, Mining and Data Center segments is a plus. Experience in leading in a high matrix organization and commercial leadership. Ability to influence the organization on the strategic direction of the business, and drive tangible and concrete actions to ensure progress. Minimum Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
