How will you make an impact?
As Team Lead Program Support Program Administration you will be part of a multi-cultural team and enjoy working in an international setting, whereby a wide range of administrative duties must be fulfilled. Based at the new Shared Service Center in Budapest, your AMS Program Administration team provides customer facing support within contract management, data quality, system testing field and delivers professional service excellence in a high volume customer service... multi-cultural EMEA environment.
What will you do? ? Responsible for the success of the daily operations of the team. Take the lead on new assignments and projects, take responsibility and act as an owner. Train and develop team members in processes / systems. Taking part in Inventory management and database maintenance. Ensuring the quality of data in contract and customer databases. Handling tickets in ticketing system (Maximo). Taking part in contract administration and customer account maintenance. Manage the process for escalated inquiries and complaints to resolution, without managerial support. Assess the need for change and implement?in order to?increase productivity. How will you get here? 3+ years in data processing environment or equivalent. Demonstrated skills in people management & development preferred. A Bachelor's or masters degree is preferred. Fluency of the English Language both written and verbal. Any other European language knowledge is an advantage. Advanced Microsoft Office user (Outlook, Excel). Experience with SAP preferred but not essential. Good written and oral communication skills are essential. Display stringent attention to detail and accuracy in the?workplace. Must demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers. Excellent operational excellence mindset with results-oriented approach. Good organizational skills are necessary, as is the ability to use own initiative and collaborate well within a team and/or delegate effectively. Excellent analytical skills required.
