June Homes is seeking the most energetic Head Of Sales who will drive sales and lead our remote sales team in Athens. All of our properties and customers are in the USA - we do not plan to operate properties in Greece.
Responsibilities: Take on leading an existing sales team of 20 people and grow it 3x in the next 12 months Review & reevaluate the current Sales funnel and sales flow to propose improvements to increase conversions and sales volume Develop a better KPI system and quotas for your teams Analyze our sales... metrics and trends to create strategies for improving sales KPIs Review recordings of video tours & calls to understand areas of individual and team growth, tweak scripts and training materials to include sales techniques Develop and implement lead generation and sales conversion strategies to maintain 100% occupancy & meet profit margin goals in collaboration with the team Analyze the workflow hands-on and propose improvements by responding to incoming customer inquiries on platforms, via email, on video calls Evaluate and identify key behaviors that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction Prepare feedback, coordinate review & training sessions for sales staff Drive improvements of business goals eg margins, conversion rates, cost of sales in new deals Own hiring plans, on-boarding and training of sales teams Lead the current Sales department (~ 20 people) and grow it to ~ 75 people

5+ years of experience in sales
Previous experience as a Head of Sales or manager of sales teams
Excellent understanding of sales objectives and business models
Ability to work under pressure, having a team to train and business objectives in focus
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
Fluent with google services, VoIP calling systems, email clients, etc Ready to work long hours (8AM - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time, NYC - approx 3 PM-12AM Greek time) Mon-Fri
