Overview:
Mitel is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented S ales Support Specialist to join our Partner and Sales Support team. The Sales Support Specialist will work with Sales, Channels, and Customer Success representatives within Mitel and will also... interact directly with partners and customers.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Success in this role is achieved through efficiency, tenacious follow-through, and creating a superior service experience for our Channel partners, sales teams and end customers. This is a remote position and will work East Coast (EST) hours.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and business tools support to Channel Partners, Global Sales and Customer Success teams, and customers.

Coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot incoming partner, customer, and internal sales requests for support

Manage partner escalation requests regarding lead registration, Mitel tools, RFP responses, and custom and non-standard deal proposal creation for partners, Mitel Sales, and customers.

Onboard and manage all Partner accounts within internal systems

Train the Channel partner and Sales team in the use and management of tool updates and new features

Maintain accountability for issue resolution end-to-end and ensure partner escalations are effectively resolved by other departments

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Must be comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment and be flexible to change direction if required

Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products, and Windows

2 years+ experience in Salesforce.com or other CRM applications

Prior Sales and/or Channel Partner support a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual in German/English
