Security Director Grenada We are seeking a qualified, well-respected candidate to fill the position of Security Director for Frontier Security Services (Grenada) Inc.
Requirements: Ten (10) years of proven leadership experience in corporate security management and investigations and/or leadership experience in law enforcement management and investigations. 5 years of management experience preferred. Demonstrated understanding of physical security strategies, policies, principles, procedures, and standards. Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, & SharePoint demonstrated creativity in the use of these products to solve analytical problems. Demonstrated organization, facilitation, written and oral communication, and presentation skills. Ability to think critically through the intricacies of complex situations, with a keen ability for collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation. Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in defining access... control policies and governance, asset protection best practices, and as well as in business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Ability to effectively respond to newly developed risks and critical events as situations require.
