We have an exciting and immediate opening in our service sales team in Espoo. You will be part of EMEA Eaton Electrical 3PH UPS Service organization in Finland and will with your own contribution help to meet our growth challenge.

You will be a key player towards our customers and will be in charge of maintaining customer relations and creating new relationships amongst new customers. You will be in charge of your personal sales targets and with your work contribute the whole team to achieve all profit plan targets. You will work closely with other service team members and the ups-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your key deliverables:
• You will be responsible for selling Service-package products such as Maintenance Contract, Battery replacement, Preventive Maintenance and related service
• Managing and coordinating several key accounts, supporting their need for UPS-maintenance and developing existing business by creating sales opportunities.
• Ensuring profitability using internally agreed pricing and target margins.
• Taking part in sales campaigns, providing sales results in given time window by systematically building sales opportunities and follow-up
• Negotiating and preparing service contracts for customers and subcontractors
• Liaising and maintaining customer relationships whilst maintaining quality customer service
• Cooperating closely with Customer Service Department, Service group (PQ 3-phase service organizations) and local sales organization to process all customer service issues and to assure customer satisfaction for selling Service-package products
Qualifications

Are you?

Required:
• Strong 3y+ background in sales of service-portfolio in electrical industry, and skills in electrical engineering
• Systematical way of working and are used to CRM-tools
• Experienced in using digital tools, able to shift in between information from different digital tools, and able to communicate in different channels
• Strong sales drive and customer service-mentality
• Can manage and create content in virtual meeting platforms (eg. Teams)
• Target driven mindset
• Self-motivated and proactive way of working
• Team player and able to work closely with our organization
• Speaks fluent Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus
• Experience in selling digital services is a plus
• Experience in ModBus/Profibus-applications and system deliveries is a plus
• Experience in ups-systems, battery technology (VRLA, AGM, Lithium) will help to get you started
• You have growth potential and willingness to take more responsibility in our organization in the future
