Position: Research Nurse for COVID-19 Clinical Trials, Barcelona

What We Are Looking for:
ISGlobal is looking for a registered nurse, preferably with clinical trials experience, for a position at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health in Barcelona. The research nurse will be engaged in the daily performance of COVID-19 clinical trials, ensuring that protocol procedures, applicable SOPs and Good Clinical Practices are followed. Research nurse tasks will include the collection of trial samples and study data as per specific study protocols, administration of the investigational medicinal products, monitoring of safety issues on trial participants and maintenance of accurate patient trial data in coordination with the... rest of the study team members.
Main duties and tasks:
assist research clinicians in taking consent from participants
follow the protocol schedule
perform sampling collection as per protocol requirements
assist research clinicians on the monitoring of safety issues on the trial participants, escalating findings accordingly
perform data collection according to the study protocols
maintain updated source documents
complete the study case report forms
coordinate, administer and follow up on dispense of study treatment to participants
Training and experience:
Registered Nurse
Previous experience in clinical trials will be highly evaluated
Certified in ICH-GCP
Languages:
Spanish, English.
Conditions:
Starting date: December 1 st, 2020.
Full time position.
The conditions will be agreed according to training and experience.
