YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the ideation, planning & budgeting of all in store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions. In-store strategy by client/product. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing defining nationwide plans. Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment) by finding the most efficient solutions. Assure POS flawless execution. Support Sales Reps. Collaborates with product managers to build sales promotions and product communication. Assure that campaigns could be replicated at POS. Collaborates with sales teams to create "compelling selling stories" into sales tools. Effectively cascade brands/ products strategy and marketing initiatives to customers through sales force. Work closer to marketing intelligence to understand customer and field performance. Provide recommendations and action plans to achieve Customers and DDD results. Lead and provide clear... instruction as well as timely follow up to distributors in charge of the execution at POS. Warrants that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores. Develop a program that could generate customers/shopper insights. Ensures efficient spending of Trade Marketing budget and supervises the trade marketing spending by client and brand. Work with Product Manager, KAs and Controlling assuring that investment is aligned with plans. ethics and compliance in all activities. Assure that all promotion, activities, and initiatives are properly approved and documented.
WHO YOU ARE University degree. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Specialization in Marketing, Sales or Finance is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Sales and/or Trade Marketing. Management experience is needed. Advanced English knowledge, both written and spoken. Relevant experience in modern mass consumption companies is a plus. Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools and techniques needed. Proven expertise bringing business strategies to life (execution). Understanding of category management and assortment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
