Radiometer is looking for an experienced and visionary marketing leader to join Global Marketing
Radiometer develops, manufactures and markets solutions for blood sampling, blood gas analysis, transcutaneous monitoring, immunoassay testing and the related IT management systems. Radiometers products and solutions are used in hospitals, clinics and laboratories in over 130 countries to provide information on the most critical parameters in acute care testing. In fact, six samples are performed every second on a Radiometer analyzer somewhere in the world. Leadership in Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing
As Senior Director Marcom, you will report directly to the VP of Global Marketing and lead an ambitious and competent department of 14 employees, hereof three Senior Managers. The Marcom department is responsible for Content Marketing and Strategic Projects, Integrated Marketing Communications as well as Digital Marketing and Commercial Compliance.
You will be part of the Marketing management team and contribute to the prioritization of projects and allocation of resources. You will manage the budget allocated for the Marcom department, including cost of employees, consultancy for promotional activities, digital/web initiatives, etc. You will have extensive cross-functional interaction and communication within headquarters primarily with the VP team and across Global Marketing, Clinical and Scientific Affairs, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development and with key subsidiaries. Externally, you will interact with agencies and other marketing vendors besides other Danaher operating companies.
Experienced and visionary marketing leader
You hold a Master of Science in Marketing, Business Administration or similar. You have significant experience from marketing management positions and a well versed in driving incremental revenue through effective marketing strategies leveraging digital channels- in close cooperation with the sales organization. You have experience from working in regulated industries such as diagnostics, financial, IT security, pharma, medical device or similar, and thereby know the market dynamics in environments characterized by high compliance and ethical standards. You hold a proven track-record within marketing with an excellent Marcom and digital toolbox and an ability to transform domain knowledge into company strategy. Your experience includes managing teams with a multinational or global footprint, preferably also experience in managing other leaders. The role requires excellent stakeholder management competencies, and you are comfortable dealing with periods of high demand intensity and high exposure to top management.
