Innovation Shopper marketing Colombia Job Description : Develop shopper insights based plans to guarantee the right 365 growth drive for every channel. Lead agencies briefing and account management. Lead Shopper/Customer Marketing implementation plans for On, Off & Out of Trade, e-comm channels for every launch (based on insights) Monitor & track execution of Innovation projects, focusing on execution KPI´s, working very close with Channel and CP&A team within CMO. Work with Procurement to develop agencies that can deliver the right BTL plans for new brands and products. Track and guarantee the right execution of BTL budget for every plan. Develop toolkits that help to have key learnings and golden rules for new launches. Build strong relationships across MKT, Sales and Procurement teams.
