We are hiring the best talent for Clinical Demand Generation Manager for Medical Devices Business to be located in CALI (Relocation Not Applicable).
Leads clinical demand generation strategy implementation in the assigned territory. Responsible for deploying marketing and Commercial strategy positioning Ethicon as the Preferred Surgical Portfolio in the Operation Rooms in the territory and clinical demand generation sales activities to achieve business objectives, within company policies and guidelines. Works in collaboration with all commercial organization (One Medical Devices and Strategic Account Manager) to deploy specific plans and actions for customers in the geographies, including participating in non-clinical negotiations as appropriate.
Clinical promotional activities Implements, sales and marketing programs within clinical stakeholders to grow company reach. Develops and maintain strong relationships with key clinical staff to expand and sustain our clinical demand. Visit clinical stakeholders (surgeons, specialists, nurses, etc) to promote company portfolio (existing and new products) Partners with marketing team to understand and deploy marketing strategies in assigned territory. Enures flawless implementtion of all marketing related activities (new product launches, etc). Provides insight and feedack to feed local marketing strategy. Partners with MAF and HEMA to deploy strategies in assigned territory Identifies opportunities with clinical areas to expand our portfolio and increase share Partners with COE members to support the definition of participants in Profed events Researches new markets and applications for volume growth. Responsible for providing timely input for forecasting changes in line with S&OP process Guarantee the reporting of product complaints and the execution of field actions in the time established by the J&J
Non-Clinical promotional activities: Partners with non clinical demand generation peers to develop appropriate account plans and implement aligned activities within our customers. Account receivable management in their respective accounts. Accountability and Leadership of Key Negotiations Align funnel with non-clinical teams, and being accountable for Stuck and Overdue Opps and calibrating Opps Closing dates and amounts Perform price analysis in relation to competition, in conjunction with pricing CoE and finance teams
