1. College Degree in Mechanical / Welding or its equivalent; 2. Two years welding experience, automotive shock absorber profession have priority, familiar with welding clamp design. 3. Familiar with the standard of welding and welding (GMAW) 4. Familiar automatic(robot) arc welding equipment 5. Familiar office software, two dimension and three dimension drawing software 6. Smart and clarity 7. Well English reading and writing skill.
