Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Corporate Development group as a Corporate Development Manager. This key role will be responsible for helping Criteo evaluate and execute M&A transactions, as well as contribute to a variety of other strategic projects. The ideal candidate has experience with mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy, enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively across the organization, and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. In addition to having a significant impact on the Corporate Development group and... Criteo, this role will be highly visible at the most senior levels of Criteo. Corporate Development is a small, very agile team that is looking for someone who can have an immediate impact.

What you'll do Participate in framing Criteos M&A priorities, by identifying key needs and opportunities to accelerate the Companys strategic roadmap Coordinate and manage Criteos M&A pipeline, including mapping of market landscape against Criteo strategy Screen and evaluate potential M&A opportunities. Assist with prospecting, engage with companies, building business cases and defining value propositions for potential M&A opportunities Monitor market trends and competitors and create and manage various data-driven reports for the executive team Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Commercial, Product/R&D, and HR teams, as well as the executive team, to assess, discuss, and recommend potential acquisition opportunities Assist in leading cross-functional teams to execute transactions from deal sourcing through deal closing Who you are BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience -MBA preferred 7+ years in a Corporate Development, Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or Investment Banking Strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in the high-tech industry required Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others Strong leadership, comfort, and desire to work closely with Criteo senior management Excellent analytical skills and impeccable business judgment Self-starter who can excel in a demanding role and fast-paced environment
