The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for providing reporting and analysis for the respective sales teams to drive growth for the business. This position will work closely with the Sales team and play a critical role in operational reporting processes and KPIs for sales management for all projects arriving through the sales pipeline.
The scope of work to be performed by the Sales Operations Specialist will consist of, but is not limited to, the following
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Forecasting Weekly forecast reports Daily forecast reports in Q end. Work closely with the sales team and sales leaders on data updates. Pipeline and Deal Management Work closely with the team to assist with funnel management and ensure data accuracy, closely follow up deal status especially on q-end. Quota Deployment Assist on quota deployment when necessary Reporting and Analysis Management QBR... Deck Analysis per Management requirement from various angles. Realignment Work with sales management on realignment, incl. Named Account, GB rules, territory setup and mapping, system setup, etc. Sales Ops Team support Assist manager where necessary Assist the Ops team on data provision where necessary.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field with at least 5 years in sales operations or sales support Strategic and logical thinking Ability to deep dive into data, process, and systems and develop innovative ideas for process improvement Strong aptitude for working with numbers and reports Extensive experience with Sales reporting and analysis Demonstrated ability to interface with salespeople, all levels of management and experience working across multiple functional groups required Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Requires a broad knowledge of the organization's services, products, etc. Requires in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle Must be very detail and process-oriented
