MENTAL HEALTH WORKS This is a capacity building workshop on workplace mental health targeted to both employers and employees. The approach is person centered, evidence based, and solutions focused. Learning objectives: By the end of this session, participants will be able to: Acknowledge mental health as an asset to their personal and professional life Have greater understanding of what mental illnesses are and how they can occur Have greater comfort in seeking help for themselves and others This is a full-day workshop hosted by the Sarnia-Lambton Workplace Wellness Steering Committee. All participants will receive a MHW certificate at the end of the workshop.
