Specific-Group develops custom software solutions for corporate clients in Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia and USA. For doing this we have sales and service divisions in the local markets and development centers in Belarus (Minsk and Grodno). Currently, we are seeking for Senior Software Developer (Front-end with java) to join our team Project is a leading corporate and investment bank, as well as Central and Eastern Europe as its home market. 13 markets of the region are covered by subsidiary banks. Additionally, the group comprises numerous other financial service providers, for instance in the fields of leasing, asset management, as well as M&A. Your tasks: Technical implementation of frontend web applications Implement tests as part of development process Support UX designers and creative designers to create an outstanding user experience Implements backend services using serverless architecture Support solution architects to define the software architecture Being part of an... international, distributed team Work closely together with business do deliver value in agile and adoptive environment Taking end to end responsibility for changes throughout delivery pipeline Your qualifications: Technical education (Technical School or suitable University degree) or equivalent practical experience 4?5 years professional experience in developing and operating software solutions Excellent programming skills in Java 12 and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript Very good know-how of state-of-the-art frontend technologies (HTML 5, CSS/SASS, Material Design, Responsive Design) and methodologies (SPA), Angular, React Experience developing APIs driven and Microservice/Serverless Architecture Practical experience with Software Configuration Management and Continuous Integration (e.g. GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins) Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum/Kanban AWS experience (e.g. CloudFormation, Lambda) is plus Clojure knowledge and even driven architecture experience is plus Soft Skills: Structured and self-reliant working approach Pro-active attitude, team-oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Conflict management, stress-resilience and flexibility Excellent communication skills in a multi-cultural environment Very good command of English (mandatory), German is a plus Benefits: Comfortable office close to metro Extensive benefits package (medical insurance, additional holidays, massage, fruity days and etc.) Business trips to Austria Professional trainings, knowledge sharing meet-ups English and German courses Company parties, team buildings and more
