Director Minsk We are looking for a director for an international company.
Main Responsibilities Construct an attractive Loyalty Merchant network for Cashback members; Manage relations with the Loyalty Merchants to ensure long term and valuable cooperation; Manage relations with Cashback members with the aim of improving local offices standards of service; Maintain excellent relations with Marketers, in particular with Senior Presidents, and align with their countries marketing strategies; Identify and negotiate with the relevant key accounts departments; Provide local marketers with comprehensive support, offering, in particular, explanations of the business model; KPI-orientated management of local office(s); Efficiently manage subsidiaries, working within the limits of the approved cost budget; Implement control methods or other corporate guidelines and process according to the instructions of the company; Be familiar with local laws and regulations governing network... marketing and ensure that business is conducted in a compliant manner; Manage subsidiaries according to the nation states legislation and regulations and ensure that all the documentation and processes are in accordance with the nation states legislation; Meet the Boards requirements and follow any other instructions, producing the relevant results both accurately and in a timely manner; Comprehensive leadership responsibilities; Creation of monthly interim reports, as well as monthly action plans, to secure and promote economic success.
Requirements For a Candidate University degree in economics, sales or comparable education or experience; Experience in a comparable position at international operating companies; Strong experience in loyalty programs and outstanding knowledge of retailer business; Strong international experience in the field of sales, business development, key account and business management in the sphere of B2B; Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for economics and trends; Experienced usage of MS-Office products; Strong result-, solution-and customer-oriented mind-set; Ability to drive results, develop and implement strategies; Highly professional manner, perfect presentation skills, persuasiveness and proactivity; Intercultural competence; Foreign language skills: excellent English, German optional; Degree of willingness to travel.
