This role will have responsibility for managing a team of 3 IT TA Specialists and 1 Sourcing specialists in Minsk.

Key Responsibilities To be a first point of escalation of recruitment issues. To provide superior service and develop strong. relationships with all key stakeholders. Be a strategic talent advisor for business stakeholders. To ensure full compliance with the Recruitment Service Level Agreement over the Engineering Hub. To advise on recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing techniques for all permanent roles within their business area, working closely with the direct recruitment team. To actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes in Minsk for the hiring managers in Engineering Hub in Minsk. To ensure meaningful information and in-depth reporting in recruitment. To support Engineering HRBP/TA with workforce planning and forecasting in Minsk, helping... the business to translate their objectives into considered resourcing plans. To manage a team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results (performance reviews, including objective setting, weekly update meetings, holiday, sickness, discipline, individual staff development, including cross skill training). To make the full recruitment process IT vacancies. To manage the collaboration with the recruitment agencies.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience. Experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to issuing the offer. Strong influencing, negotiation skills. Able to inspire the team. Hands-on experience in working with internal business units or clients on the agency side, and assisting with prioritization and escalations. Good knowledge of candidate search techniques including the use of HR/recruitment data base systems and social media such as LinkedIn. Strong focus on customer service. Experience with all administrative tasks (including data entry, candidate tracking, etc). Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks. Be thorough, accurate and able to deal patiently with requests. Be flexible. Upper Intermediate+ spoken and written English is a must.
