Summary The implementation consultant acts as the liaison between business units and IT departments; builds business cases in support of client projects; participates in or facilitates business process modeling and research efforts to onboard new clients; builds strong documentation and guides for operational teams; and acts as a subject matter expert reviewing all documents on project teams. Essential Functions Below you can find 10 key functions that are expected from this position: 1. Participate in client service delivery modeling sessions, acting as a documentarian, co-facilitator, facilitator or subject matter expert in sketch sessions; 2. Conduct client interviews and perform analysis to create the implementation project scope; 3. Participate in root cause analysis to recommend appropriate actions to improve productivity; 4. Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance; 5. Identify issues and risks; 6. Bring inconsistencies and problems... to the attention of management; 7. Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas; 8. Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review; 9. Fully drive systems setup of new clients and updates on existing clients; 10. Keep internal and external service level agreements for agreed procedures. Competencies 1. Communication Proficiency; 2. Analytical and Creative Skills; 3. Negotiation Skills; 4. Technical Capacity (building Flowcharts, guides, structuring knowledge, etc.); 5. Project Management; 6. Collaboration Skills. The successful candidate would have high level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard. You should display a high attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with clients and business representatives. Required Education and Experience Preferred but not limited to Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer sciences, engineering and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience with business operations, systems and technology, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
