Amazon Brazil's Retail team is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, driven, and creative candidate to join our team. The Assistant Vendor Manager utilizes a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, pricing, inventory management, operations, online marketing, and finance to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at Amazon.
In addition to site merchandising and marketing, this role is responsible for inventory management, forecast generation, new product launches, pricing, and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities to drive growth for the vendor and Amazon.com.br.
The Assistant Vendor manager will conceive, create and analyze a wide range of marketing and site merchandising efforts, marketing campaigns, search engine... optimization (SEO) efforts, social media and other channels, to grow the vendor's traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.com.br. This role will autonomously negotiate promotional opportunities for vendors, create comprehensive marketing proposals and engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product lines of key strategic brands on Amazon.br.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergrad degree required.
- Experience doing one of the several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, inventory planning, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce.
- Intermediate level in English
- Fluent level in Portuguese.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- The ability to quickly learn a varied set of software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel, and Access) is necessary, and prior experience is a plus.
- SQL experience a bonus.
- Prior experience with presentation, organization and account/vendor management is preferred.
- Fluent level in English
- Strong oral and written communication skills, proven multi-tasking ability, and quantitative analysis.
