HR Generalist, LatAm São Paulo
The Kaspersky HR Team is looking for an HR Generalist who will cover the entire LatAm region. In this role, you will provide active HR support to Kaspersky employees throughout LatAm, of which includes our offices in Sao Paulo & Mexico City. The range of responsibilities will include operations in HR administration, hiring, performance review, talent management, learning and development, as well as participation in LatAm and International HR projects.

Main responsibilities:
Keeping personnel files updated and maintaining them at all times
Ensuring the effective use, management and maintenance of all data held on the companyÂ’s HRIS
Ensuring the timely communication of written changes to terms and conditions of employment e.g. promotions, job title changes, salary changes, new contracts
Taking proactive steps to ensure all HR systems, local policies and procedures are updated regularly to take account of new and... forthcoming employment legislation
Act as an advisor and main point of contact for HR policy and process guidance and compliance interpretation
Provide HR operations support and ensure its high quality at every stage, starting from job offer till the exit interview
Be the point of contact for all HR administration, payroll issues, and first-line employee / manager queries in the region
Be responsible for the providing and administration of benefits to employees, taking proactive steps in their reviewing and updating in accordance with market practices and budget availability
Provide advice and support to managers together with the Reward team, on employee compensation (including benchmarking/pricing), remaining up to date with local market practice
Work closely with the Moscow-based Center of Expertise teams in Reward, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning and Development when specific expertise and assistance is required to provide a seamless and professional HR service
Undertake and manage projects and new initiatives as directed by the HR Director, Americas to support the achievement of business goals
Liaise and partner closely with the regional Finance team on payroll-related topics, annual budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of people costs
Take part in the on boarding of new employees
Develop effective relationships across the Americas HR Team, and seek out opportunities and joint working that may benefit the company across LatAm
Main requirements:
Relevant professional experience and proven experience providing multi-country/multi-territory HR support across Latin America (including Mexico and Brazil)
Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese are essential requirements for this position
Strong customer-oriented focus in combination with an innovative mind, tenacious approach and a highly collaborative nature is essential
Knowledge of employment law across Brazil and Mexico
A real hands-on attitude, someone who can be proactive in identifying areas of improvement not only across the business but also in the HR team
Be available to travel within the respective region (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina) around 10% of the time
Experience working and partnering with remote teams, with cross border experience in a matrix structure is a plus
Bachelors' Degree, preferably with a professional HR qualification
