Director, Maintenance Services Sales (TO-7F4A5) São Paulo
Job Responsibilities:• Manage, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate Orion Maintenance Services staff (Area Supervisors, Helpers, Technicians, and Lead Technicians) to meet established goals• Ensure work orders completion in a timely manner within OMS guidelines and applicable local, state, and federal standards, guidelines, and regulations• Work closely with customers and team members to ensure completed scope of services meets service requirements• Support management of Vendor Partnerships• Drive innovation, customer service, and support across teams• Build strong working relationships with Customers, Partners and Orion Team Members• Available to support the 24/7/365 facilities maintenance business hours• Be readily available to react in emergencies and look for future developments, efficiencies, and growth to better serve Customers, Partners, and Orion Team Members• Develop processes, procedures, contracts, and Orion Team Members to ensure success in meeting goals and... objectives• Develop and implement strategies, processes, and service management policies and practices to ensure cost, quality, and service expectations are met• Develop and establish OMS processes, report metrics, and performance indicators• Drive continuous improvements and best practices to deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments• Prepare and manage assigned work jobs and travel arrangementso Collaborate with management and team to establish order of work job execution and coordinate changes to scheduleso Submit timely expense reports per the Business Expense and Travel Policy and self-manage efficient travel arrangements• Communicate regularly with leadership to provide required status updateso Utilize Company core procedures for daily and weekly reporting while maintaining project as-builtso Prepare internal and external reports for each project; produce and submit timely and detailed documentation (progress reports, processes, and resolutions) to track and monitor issues• Attend/Lead/Participate in daily, weekly, quarterly meetings and trainings as directed by Company and required• Maintain required staff levels by working with Human Resources to recruit, select, orient, and train new members; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; and developing personal growth opportunities.• Accomplish results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; addressing and/or reporting actions that are counter to our respectful workplace• Perform other duties as assigned per department needs and requirementsExperience and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Construction/Facilities Management, or related field of study, or equivalent years of education and/or experience• Proven team leadership abilities with minimum three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience leading others in a similar role• Working knowledge of a work order management system prefer• Demonstrated knowledge of construction/facilities management processes, means, and methods• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity and complexity• Working knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules/regulations, and quality standards• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, etc.)• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate teams• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”• Ability to travel up to 65% nationwide• Competent in safety and conflict management• Leadership and personnel/coaching management skills• Excellent time and project management skills• Exceptional interpersonal skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethics with confidence in interacting with members at all levels• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Exhibits proactive attitude and strong work ethic;
