Currently we are looking for Cluster Business Controller who can provide input to and lead implementation of Business Controlling Tools highlighting main areas to be covered.

Your task will be: Define Controlling strategy for the country including definition of plans, targets, processes and budgets considering Cluster specific objectives Plan, organize and oversee delivery and quality of Controlling initiatives and activities for the Cluster to achieve Targets Direct and lead critical Controlling activities, initiatives and subjects across the Cluster with significant impact on overall results and/ or significant business risk potential Drive development and implementation of Controlling systems and processes that align with regional business objectives and work across multiple business areas Influence wider financial strategy for the country and consult top management of the country on evaluation of ongoing and future business activities with regard to profitability and financial risk Identify financial risks for the region and provide timely advise to ensure risk management and early warning Deliver innovation that influences the way the country operates and its profitability Analyze complex issues extensively, introduce and steer innovations and improvements in existing Controlling processes, systems, techniques and methods for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency Influence critical stakeholders to reach an agreement or where parties are skeptical or unwilling to accept new concepts, practices and approaches Oversee regional planning cycles covering budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning and implementation of management accounting practices such as performance management criteria including costing & profitability measures Set direction, lead development, implementation and adherence to accounting policies, programs and systems Assisting with the Planning and budgeting for the Cluster Extensive contact and negotiating with other departments Perform compliance test and review to assess areas for improvement. Work with colleagues and support functions to provide sustainable solutions covering Service Centers, Sick Files, FRP Tools Develop high performance culture within the Cluster Manage allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of team's objectives and targets. Informal influence to enable improvement and change within the organization through a business partnering approach.
Your profile should look like: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant discipline and experience in Business Controlling Experience in CW1, FRP, Sick Files, DTD GPS & Steering Logic is required Experience with IFRS, iCON is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or other business related discipline or equivalent in experience. Experienced and knowledgeable in quality assessment of process compliance is an added advantage. Experienced in writing policies and SOPs. Proficient in English, both oral and written. Able to express ideas effectively and adjusting style to the needs of others. Effective communicator and attentive listener.
