9- Ensuring that stock standards are maintained at the store. Strong coordination should be kept with planning and distribution department so that so stock shortage is faced at stores.
10- Ensuring that ECP is followed by the store managers.
11- Ensuring that proper filing of... expense sheets, receiving, inter transfers, utilities, inter transfer memos, attendance, etc are properly maintained. Also making sure that expense sheets are emailed to head office at shop closing and deposit slips are faxed to head office next day in due time Manama Bahrain
