We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service Officer to join our customer service team and provide support to our rural clients. What a great place to learn and develop your career!
About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient response to all customer enquiries, as well as accurate and timely processing of internal customer orders. Part of your varied responsibilities will include entering orders, communicating with branches, arranging dispatch of products to stores, liaising with warehouse staff to ensure that all documentation and orders are received on time, and releasing back orders for unavailable products. You will ensure a high level of accuracy with all data entry related activities including monthly reports. You will assist customers with invoicing, account issues and claims processing.
To be successful you must demonstrate previous customer service or sales experience ideally in an Agriculture environment and provide the best customer service. Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills your problem-solving skills and ability to quickly develop rapport with key stakeholders across a diverse business will be finely honed. You pride yourself on your customer focused approach and drive for excellence and accuracy in your work. You will be eager to learn, and constantly develop and improve your understanding of the responsibilities of the role and knowledge of the products and services available to customers. Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite particularly Excel will be advantageous. Experience using BPCS or SAP highly regarded.
