Marketing Assistant Sydney NSW An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Administration Assistant - Health and Wellbeing to join our Marketing team temporarily located in Bella Vista but will move to Chatswood location permanently. Reporting to the Brand Manager this role will provide general administration support and co-ordinate and manage a range of marketing activities across the Amway health and Wellbeing brands.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Brand Management function by daily undertaking a wide range of general administrative tasks including pricing, promotion set up, inventory management and products. Develop Communication written briefs and ensure all communication touch points are aligned with Sales & Marketing objectives and convey a consistent and complete message. Ensuring all IBO (Amway distributors) and consumer-facing information is accurate and current. Coordinating and executing a range of marketing projects and events including product launches... conferences and other events. Managing a large portfolio of product information. Attending weekend conferences and/or events 2 - 3 times per year with possible interstate travel required
Experience and Skills required: Marketing tertiary qualification preferred Minimum 1-2 years marketing & administration related experience with digital focus preferred Have strong administrative skills. You will be highly organised and have a strong ability to multi task. Sound communication skills both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
