About the role

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated person to lead our team as well as our sponsored anglers both in Australia and overseas. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a national brand.
. Be the face and champion of our brand while ensuring brand integrity in all respects Plan, implement and execute successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, advertising) Develop our Export market focusing on specific recreational fishing regions Drive our social media and digital marketing platforms Contribute to the annual brand planning process Set brand planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning processes, manage timelines and ensure timely completion of all deliverables Lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media and other marketing vehicles Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives Collaborate with sales team for specific strategies for clients Represent the company and provide support as needed at various trade shows and conventions Plan and execute events and promotions Provide reporting to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs Monitor product catalogue compliance and testing reports Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of division and company

Education and experience
. Completed, or completing, a Bachelors degree in marketing or related field 5-7 years of experience in marketing in the Fishing/Boating industry Experience in the Sunglass market will be advantageous Experience in General Brand Management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
